Location: UK Wide (Travel Required)

Salary: 55,000 + Car Allowance
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver supply and install light steel frame projects across the UK, working directly with major Tier 1 clients.
This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring strong client-facing ability, excellent reporting standards, and proven experience managing site delivery from start to finish. Flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away when required is essential.
You will be joining a diverse, success focused team working across a range of contracting projects. Not your average site management role, you'll find yourself working between supply and install and turnkey contracting - all utilising a specialist steel framing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall site management of the supply and installation of light steel frame packages
- Acting as the main point of contact on site for Tier 1 clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Programme management, coordination of site activities, and subcontractor supervision
- Accurate record keeping, daily reporting, and commercial awareness
- Producing and maintaining site documentation, reports, RAMS, and trackers
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved
- Managing site logistics and ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on site-based construction projects
- Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors or clients
- Experience managing light steel frame (LGSF) projects (essential)
- Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
- Confident user of Field View software
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced delivery with minimal supervision
