Flat Entrance Door Carpenter (Fire Team)
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £39,706.50 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: 2 Permanent Positions and 3 x 12-Month Fixed Term Contracts
Company van (business use), fuel card, uniform and PPE provided.
We are currently recruiting experienced Fire Door Carpenters to join a dedicated Fire Safety Team covering London and the outskirts.
This is a mobile role with your working day starting from home. You will attend the Sidcup office twice per month.
The Role:
Fire door inspections and maintenance
Hanging fire doors and fire door sets
Minor repairs and frame adjustments
Second-fix carpentry works
Working in occupied residential properties
Recording works accurately via PDA
Requirements:
Proven experience with fire door installation and maintenance
Strong second-fix carpentry background
Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
