Key Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial management of refurbishment projects
• Support both pre- and post-contract commercial duties
• Oversee subcontractor procurement and management
• Handle budgeting, cost reporting, and financial tracking
• Liaise with clients and resolve commercial challenges proactively

Ideal Experience

• Background with a regional main contractor
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
• Experience within the social housing sector (preferred)
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
