Skills, Experiences & Qualifications: To align with the Electrical Improver grading, candidates should hold or be working towards: Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical Qualification (NVQ, EAL, or equivalent) Current ECS Card Electrical Improver Progress towards full electrical installation qualification Knowledge of BS 7671 (18th Edition) desirable but not essential at entry level Previous site experience within commercial, industrial, or infrastructure environments (desirable). Basic understanding of electrical installation practices and safe systems of work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team under supervision. Willingness to learn, develop skills, and progress towards electrician status. Strong awareness of health and safety responsibilities. Full clean UK driving licence (preferred).
