Electricians Needed

Rate: £27 per hour van & fuel card

Build Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading housing maintenance provider to recruit 3 experienced Electricians on a temp to perm basis, covering Bracknell and the surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable organisation delivering essential electrical services across social housing properties.

You ll be part of a dedicated electrical team responsible for delivering a 5-year cyclical testing programme across residential properties and communal areas, as well as providing a high-quality repairs service to residents.

Duties will include:

• Electrical testing and inspections (EICRs)
• Reactive repairs and fault finding
• Testing and works on void properties
• Electrical works as part of planned programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, heating upgrades)
• Communal lighting upgrades
• Working across Ascot, Windsor, Bracknell, Sandhurst, Reading, Slough and surrounding areas

Customer service is at the heart of this role you ll be the face of the organisation in residents homes, delivering work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• 18th Edition qualification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working within social housing (highly advantageous)
• Experience with NICEIC certification or similar software
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• £27 per hour
• Temp to perm opportunity

• Van fully fitted with racking, inverter and van vault
