Multi Skilled Floor Layer

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Multi Skills Floor Layer to join a Housing Association on a permanent basis. This role involves carrying out flooring works across domestic and commercial properties while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all flooring works in domestic and commercial properties
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Deliver excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
• Work in line with health and safety requirements

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering or equivalent experience
• Proven experience completing flooring works in domestic and commercial settings
• Strong customer service approach
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

Salary & Benefits

• 28,851.00 per annum
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
