Job Description
I am looking for a Site Manager to join a Housing Association contract in the Gloucestershire area. The Site Manager will be responsible for multiple retrofit projects across the region and supervision of the team on site. This is a 3 month contract.
Site Manager duties:
- Managing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the client's specifications
- Leading a team of supervisors and subcontractors while maintaining excellent standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and liaise with the client and project team.
- Drive progress to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
What is required for the Site Managers position:
SMSTS
First Aid
Experience on retrofit/ planned projects
Social housing experience
