Resourcer
Padstone Recruitment are currently looking for a resourcer to join our office in Whitstable. You will be working on our construction trades division reporting to senior recruitment consultants. Helping to find candidates for incoming books that we can put forward for construction works, vetting and gathering right to work documents and qualifications.

As a resourcer you will be responsible for:-
- Calling candidates with details of potential jobs
- Database mining to find and select candidates from existing contacts
- Calling through job boards to identify new potential candidates
- Collecting ID and qualifications
- Writing and posting new job adverts
- Dealing with advert responses
- Taking and checking references
- Aftercare
- Check-ins to make sure temps arrive at new placements
- Speaking with clients to gain feedback
What you'll need in order to apply:-
