Senior Project Manager Our client, a well established and reputable building contractor is looking for a senior project manager with new build residential and refurbishment / conversion and change of use experience. Working on a prestige development in Cranbrook refurbishing a number of existing residential units, commercial buildings, agricultural buildings and management of the construction of new build plots which will take approx 5 years to complete . Working Monday to Friday on site with a salary of up to 85k negotiable plus package and car depending on experience. Quantity Surveyor We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee 2 Kent projects with a well established construction firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional individual to become established within a highly regarded construction client based in London but working around Kent. Site and or office based 5 days a week but expected to attend head office meetings as well.
