Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC

Boden is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / RdSAP / EPC Assessor to support a major programme of property condition and energy assessments across the South East based in Surrey.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential surveys that directly inform housing standards, compliance, and long-term asset management strategies.

The Role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC Assessor, you will:

• Conduct Stock Condition Surveys, RdSAP assessments, and EPC data collection across a varied residential portfolio
• Accurately capture property and asset data using tablet-based asset management software
• Produce clear, reliable survey information to support investment and maintenance planning
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and reporting requirements
• Work collaboratively with the wider surveying and asset management teams
• Travel across the South East to multiple sites

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience carrying out Stock Condition Surveys within social housing or residential stock
• Accredited RdSAP / EPC Assessor qualification
• Strong working knowledge of SAP/RdSAP methodologies
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data capture skills
• Confident IT skills and experience using mobile/tablet survey software
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive, organised approach and willingness to travel across the region
• Full UK driving licence
