Site Manager required in East London
GVR Solutions are currently representing a well-established main contractor who are urgently in the market for a Site Manager to join them on one on an Ecclesiastical refurbishment project with the aims over moving over to their biggest Education frameworks based in East London where they are undertaking refurbishment, fit out and maintenance contracts on the University.
Location: East London
Project: The initial project will be a church refurbishment project - 300K
Duration: 12 weeks
Start date: ASAP
Rate: 250pd - 270pd
Requirements for the Site Manager:
- Experience working as the no.1 Manager
- Experience working on refurbishment and fit out projects
- SMSTS
- NVQ Level 6
- Valid Black CSCS card
- First aid
