The Energy Centre projects have effectively been divided into 3 streams Mechanical, Electrical & Heat Exchange installation which each have a Project Manager in place. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the design team, appointed Project Managers and contractors to successfully deliver the projects. Responsibilities: Liaise with design team, Project Managers and sub-contractors and act as an interface between the various Project Managers and ensure seamless flow of information Support the PM’s and interface with the Project Director through: Oversee the contracting process with chosen suppliers/contractors/specialists and ensure works are carried out correctly and per contract and relevant specifications. Managing all aspects of programming or works and monitoring building progress, specified and alternative equipment submittals, compliance with regulations and correlating weekly progress reports.
