About the business
You'll join a respected consultancy known for delivering practical, value-focused advice across surveying, CDM and project management. Their Building Surveying team works on some of Scotland's most recognisable estates, with a culture built on trust, quality and developing long-term client relationships. What you'll do
• Lead contract administration projects for universities, colleges and private clients
• Deliver large-scale portfolio condition surveys and PPMs, including major central belt estates
• Manage commercial dilapidations and defect analysis reports across Glasgow and Edinburgh
• Support two building surveying graduates while delivering core professional services
What you'll bring
• Senior-level BS experience with confidence running contract admin independently
• Ability to handle large, complex condition surveys such as university estates
• Strong client-facing communication and project oversight skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support junior surveyors
