• Lead contract administration on commercial projects
• Deliver technical due diligence for major acquisitions and disposals
• Advise on dilapidations for landlords and tenants
• Diagnose defects and produce clear, high-quality technical reports
• Carry out a wide range of building surveying duties at Chartered level

• Degree in Building Surveying + MRICS
• Excellent report writing and technical analysis skills
• Commercial awareness and experience in a proactive consultancy setting
• Strong understanding of building contracts
• Confidence with clients and an interest in business development
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when needed
