Senior Building Surveyor

What you'll do
• Deliver senior-level surveying, including design, specification and defect analysis
• Lead refurbishments, upgrades and contract administration across complex schemes
• Manage professional instructions including dilapidations, party wall and condition surveys
• Work closely with architects, engineers and project teams across integrated projects
What you'll bring
• MRICS with post-qualification experience
• Strong technical ability across projects and professional services
• Confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of delivery
