Senior Building Surveyor * £50,000 – £65,000 * Multi-disciplinary consultancy * Billericay, Essex Join the specialists in Education estate Management as a Senior Building Surveyor. With a bias towards project work, you will play a key part in the continued growth of this highly-regarded consultancy. Person Specification: Senior Building Surveyor * Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying * Ideally MRICS but will also consider experienced non-chartered candidates * Minimum 2 years post qualification experience, or a minimum of 5-10 years experience post graduation, in similar role / sector * You will ideally have experience in the education sector, local authority also suitable Roles & Responsibilities: Senior Building Surveyor Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you will work across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions.
