Our client, a well-established and highly respected roofing company, is seeking a skilled Estimator with extensive experience in all aspects of cladding. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for cladding projects, including materials, labor, and associated costs.

• Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure all aspects of the work are captured.

• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, clarify requirements, and provide cost advice.

• Monitor market trends and supplier pricing to maintain competitive and realistic estimates.

• Support project managers and the operations team by providing clear, detailed cost breakdowns.

• Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and tender submissions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an estimator with a strong focus on cladding projects is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of cladding systems, building envelopes, and roofing integration.

• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with great attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
