Konker is recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join an impressive architectural practice that is based in Manchester.
You will be joining a well-immersed company that has 5 offices around the UK and employs around 190 members of staff.
This AJ-100-listed Architectural practice has built a strong reputation within the commercial field and undertakes commissions throughout the UK on all building types. They are a multiple award-winning practice that has developed a strong portfolio that includes retail, residential, leisure, offices, and industrial projects.
This RIBA Chartered practice is represented by a director-led dedication design team comprising Architects, Technicians, Landscape Architects, and support staff. With a reputation for deliverability, design flair, and logical technical expertise, this AJ100 practice provides services that understand clients goals, and deliver real value
At present, the Manchester office has 23 employees, and they have several new commissions including logistics & distribution centres, student accommodation, local transport hubs, retail stores, and student accommodation.
They are seeking an Architectural Technician of an intermediate level to join them. This position will see you work with the Associate Director (Chartered Technologist) who will provide mentoring, and internal training and the practice will also support you with external training too.
For the right projects, you will be able to project manage them whilst working as part of a team on larger-scale projects.
The salary for this Architectural Technician role is between £26K-£32K, depending on experience along with a generous company benefits package including - Membership fees paid, hybrid working arrangement, company pension, discretionary bonus, and more.
