What We're Looking For Proven experience in a Senior Estimator or Estimator position within the utilities, infrastructure, or civil engineering sectors. Demonstrable success in preparing winning tenders and securing profitable projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, pricing, and commercial principles. Ability to develop estimates from first principles and interpret technical, commercial, and contractual documentation. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
