Project Manager - Site Based
Location: Windsor
Salary: 60,000- 65,000 + Car Allowance
Start Date: Immediate
We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to deliver a supply and install light steel frame project in Windsor, working directly with a major Tier 1 client.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong client-facing ability, excellent reporting standards, and proven experience managing site delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of the supply and installation of a light steel frame package
- Acting as the main point of contact for a Tier 1 client, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Programme management, coordination of site activities, and subcontractor control
- Accurate record keeping, progress reporting, and commercial awareness
- Producing and maintaining site documentation, reports, and trackers
- Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on site-based construction projects
- Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors or clients
- Experience managing light steel frame projects (essential)
- Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
- Confident user of Field View software
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage fast-paced delivery with minimal supervision
