An opportunity has opened up for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading Tier 1 construction businesses, delivering complex, high-value projects across the region.

This role is ideal for a commercially sharp QS who thrives in a structured, professional environment and wants exposure to landmark schemes, strong leadership, and long-term career progression.

• Full commercial responsibility across large-scale construction projects
• Managing cost control, procurement, valuations, and final accounts
• Working closely with project teams to drive commercial performance
• Supporting and mentoring junior commercial staff
• Ensuring compliance with robust commercial and governance processes

• Proven Tier 1 main contractor experience (essential)
• Strong background in building / construction projects
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Confident operating in fast-paced, high-value project environments
• Relevant construction or commercial qualification preferred

• Up to £80,000 basic salary
