I'm currently working with a highly respected structural sub-contractor who has been delivering complex projects across Central London for over 20 years. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple structural projects, including:
- Cost management and budget control
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Sub-contractor procurement and management
- Contract administration and reporting
- Working closely with site teams and senior management
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally from a sub-contractor background (structural experience highly desirable)
- Commercially astute and detail focused
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to progress quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
