Senior Quantity Surveyor Civils / Water

An established UK Infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of long-term water and wastewater projects across North Wales.This role offers the chance to work on essential infrastructure schemes within a stable, forward-looking organisation delivering frameworks and capital projects for major water authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management of water infrastructure projects from pre-construction through delivery
• Preparation and management of cost plans, forecasts, valuations and final accounts
• Administration of contracts (NEC preferred) including change control and compensation events
• Subcontractor procurement, management and payment
• Cost reporting, cash flow forecasting and risk management
• Working closely with project managers, engineers and client stakeholders
• Ensuring commercial best practice and compliance with internal processes

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within water, utilities or civil engineering
• Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
• Ability to manage multiple packages/projects concurrently
• Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Full UK driving licence (projects located across North Wales)
