Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:
- Create precise technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using Revit and other CAD/BIM software.
- Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop practical, buildable, and efficient design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and surveys, monitor construction activities, and ensure alignment with building regulations and the original design intent.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to address technical issues and support seamless project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience needed for this Architectural Technologist role:
- A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of BIM workflows.
- Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and technical drawing skills.
