Role Overview We are looking for a Housing Management Worker to deliver intensive housing management services to tenants. You will support individuals to maintain their tenancies, manage risks, and ensure properties are safe and well-managed. The role involves lone working, close partnership working, and a strong focus on safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities - Provide intensive housing management and tenancy support
- Develop, review, and maintain support plans
- Complete risk assessments and manage safeguarding concerns
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and support services
- Report repairs and monitor maintenance issues
- Carry out regular health and safety checks within properties
- Maintain accurate records using computer-based systems
- Manage lone working in line with organisational procedures
Requirements - Experience in housing management, support, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management
- Confident working independently and managing lone working
- Good IT skills and experience using electronic case management systems
- Full UK driving licence and business insurance
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
