Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an established residential developer who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial professional who enjoys working collaboratively across site and regional teams, with the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage build and infrastructure costs, cash flow, variations and budgets at site and plot level
• Administer subcontractor and third-party agreements, ensuring contractual compliance
• Support and mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors
• Procure subcontract packages in line with company procedures and best value principles
• Produce cost and budget analysis and advise site teams on cost control opportunities
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Quantity Surveying qualification or strong industry experience
• Experience using COINS
• Good understanding of construction methods and commercial controls
• Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards
• Strong communication, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
• Flexible to travel to sites as required
