This is a hands-on commercial role supporting the management of an allocated portfolio of projects. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Project Managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors, you will take responsibility for day-to-day commercial administration, financial control and contract management. The role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor , Commercial Controller or commercially focused construction professional looking to take ownership of projects and develop towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position.
