Key Responsibilities
  • Making outbound and handling inbound telephone calls with members of the public
  • Providing clear, accurate information while delivering excellent customer service
  • Listening carefully to customers and responding with empathy and understanding
  • Managing sensitive or challenging conversations in a professional manner
  • Accurately recording call details and updating systems
  • Meeting individual and team performance targets
  • Working effectively as part of a busy customer service team

  • Able to communicate clearly and calmly
  • Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment
  • Good attention to detail and basic IT skills
  • Previous customer service or call-handling experience is desirable but not essential
