Site Manager - Industrial Roofing & Cladding

The Opportunity

A specialist industrial roofing and cladding contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee on-site delivery of industrial roofing and cladding works.

The Role

• Day-to-day management of roofing & cladding operations

• Supervision of operatives and subcontractors

• Health & Safety compliance

• Quality control and progress reporting

• Coordination with Project and Commercial Teams

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)

Applicants without hands-on industrial roofing & cladding site experience will not be considered

You must have site experience involving:

• CA systems

• Euroclad

• Kingspan

• EuroBond

• Trimo

Requirements

• Proven roofing & cladding Site Management experience

• SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), First Aid

• Strong leadership and organisational skills
