Contracts / Projects Manager - London / South London

A leading plaster company are looking to appoint a highly competent Project Manager to assist them with exciting, high end luxury interior developments across London and the Southeast, typically working on multimillion pound homes and five-star hotels. The successful Project Manager will join a close-knit team and well-established family business who take pride in their strong staff retention.

The Project Manager - Responsibilities

As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing up to 15 projects at a time, ranging in price. You will ideally have previous experience in high-end projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating teams across multiple projects
  • Ensure work is completed to exceptional standard
  • Review drawings and specifications
  • Prepare method statements, risk assessments and project documentation
  • Manage material calls and liaise with workshop staff to ensure production is running smoothly
  • Must be able to use excel /Advanced excel skills

Project Manager Qualifications and Requirements

  • CSCS Card
  • Relevant degree or experience, e.g. BSc Construction Management
  • Health and Safety training
  • Trade background welcomed
  • Commercially aware
  • Client Facing
  • Excel skills
  • Proactive attitude
