£43,300

North Lincolnshire patch to cover Grimsby- Weekly presence at Boston office

As an Area Repairs Surveyor, you'll help deliver a high-standard repairs and voids service, working closely with teams across Property Operations to support great customer outcomes.

Salary: £43,300 per year

Contract: 12 months, full time

Your week: 36.25 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5.15pm)

Location: Hybrid, weekly presence at the Boston office. (North Lincolnshire patch to cover Grimsby)

Snapshot of your role

  • Deliver a responsive repairs and voids service that meets Amplius standards and supports a positive customer experience.
  • Oversee the quality of works completed in customers' homes, ensuring consistency, safety and value for money.
  • Manage a defined portfolio of homes, taking ownership of their overall condition, performance and planned works.
  • Monitor and improve stock performance, using data and insight to inform decisions and maintain high standards.
  • Champion strong cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery and shared accountability.
  • Promote a proactive, high-performance culture that supports continuous improvement across the service.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing to positive Tenant Satisfaction Measures through timely, efficient repairs.
  • Participate in the emergency call-out rota and manage Amplius out of hours emergency service

What we're looking for

  • A building-related qualification or relevant practical experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of buildings, components and common defects.
  • Solid understanding of housing repairs and maintenance processes.
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
