This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who offer specialist design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a talented Architectural Technologist to join them in their Derby studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Work on masterplanning, urban design, and residential projects
• Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
• Produce detailed drawing packages using Vectorworks
• Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as a technologist within a UK practice
• Experience with masterplanning, residential layouts, and urban design
• Proficiency with Vectorworks would be desirable
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong graphical skills to create visualizations and design documents
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to Derby
• Full UK driver's license
