Role Information / Duties
We are currently seeking a skilled Joiner to join our Facilities Management and Building Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out a wide range of joinery works within the Repairs Team
• Undertaking maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to a high standard
• Working on occupied and unoccupied properties as required
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
• Using tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and responsibly

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Joiner within a maintenance or repairs environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Awareness of health & safety procedures
