Role Information / Duties We are currently seeking a skilled
Joiner to join our Facilities Management and Building Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out a wide range of joinery works within the Repairs Team
- Undertaking maintenance, repair, and installation tasks to a high standard
- Working on occupied and unoccupied properties as required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulations
- Using tools, equipment, and materials efficiently and responsibly
What We're Looking For - Proven experience as a Joiner within a maintenance or repairs environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Awareness of health & safety procedures
