Site Manager - Permanent Position

A growing construction team is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £2M hospitality refurbishment and extension project in the North West. The role begins with a 22-week programme involving a small extension, a high-end bespoke bar, and 12-13 upgraded rooms, with the successful candidate moving on to the next project immediately after completion.

? Role Overview

The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme progress, and represent the project team in client-facing meetings. Weekend work will be required depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Setting out daily tasks and ensuring teams understand priorities
  • Preparing and reviewing the construction programme to maintain progress and quality
  • Attending client meetings alongside the Project Lead
  • Maintaining site safety, compliance, and documentation
  • Supporting project delivery through to handover

Required Certifications

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Gold or Black Card

Salary & Package

  • £50,000-£55,000, depending on experience
