The Role and about the client:

ITS Building People are recruiting for a Ganger on behalf of a local, well-established outfit across Bournemouth & Poole. Known for completing council led projects, they have developed a strong reputation for quality, attention to detail and collaborative package delivery. They are seeking a Ganger with experience in completing all aspects of groundworks, including kerbing, foundations, slabbing, drainage as well as all other associated tasks.

Key Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to;

• Overseeing a small team of groundworkers, ensuring safety and quality of works is paramount.
• Complete all aspects of groundworks, including kerbing, foundations, slabbing, drainage and all other associated tasks.
• Ensuring works are completed to the best possible quality to uphold the companies longstanding reputation for high quality.

The ideal candidate will have:

• SSSTS/SMSTS
• CPCS/NPORS Qualification (ONE of 360 excavator or Dumper)
• Experience within completing all aspects of groundworks, including footings, foundations and drainage as well as other assosciated tasks.
• Experience in supervising teams/projects (preferred but not essential)
