This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their commercial career to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of projects across the region. As a Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in delivering projects on time and within budget, while gaining valuable hands-on experience across all aspects of quantity surveying. You will work closely with senior surveyors and project teams, contributing to the financial success of multiple construction projects. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting across projects. Support the preparation of tender and contract documentation. Monitor and report on project costs and financial performance. Assist in the management of subcontractor accounts, valuations, and payments. Support the preparation and agreement of variations and final accounts. Ensure compliance with company procedures and commercial best practices. Work collaboratively with site teams and stakeholders to support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have/be: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or working towards). Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. Good communication and organisational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. A proactive and motivated approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
