Electrician - Domestic Maintenance

Job Title: Fully Qualified Electrician - Domestic Social Housing
Location: Coventry & Surrounding Areas
Contract Length: 6 Months (with potential to go permanent)

Rate: 25.25 per hour
Pay: Weekly (CIS)
Mileage: Paid

We are looking for a fully qualified Electrician to work on domestic social housing properties around Coventry. The role is focused on domestic maintenance, working in occupied and void properties.

This contract is initially 6 months, with the option to go permanent if that's something you're interested in.

You must have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• 2391 (Testing & Inspection)

• Own van and tools

• Proven experience in a domestic maintenance role

• Ability to work independently and professionally in tenants' homes

• 25.25 per hour

• Weekly CIS payments

• Mileage covered

• Consistent, ongoing work

• Opportunity for a permanent position after 6 months
