Hydroline Solutions Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team in Bournemouth. Matchtech is collaborating with a leading contractor in the water industry for this exciting long-term contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing on-site activities related to water projects
- Coordinating and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Providing technical assistance and resolving any engineering issues that arise on-site
- Preparing and maintaining accurate project documentation and reports
- Understanding and managing pipework installation and maintenance
- Utilising provided kit and equipment effectively to complete tasks
Job Requirements:
- Experience in water industry engineering, specifically working on reservoirs or Southern Water projects
- Strong understanding of pipework systems and their installation and maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a blue-collar environment
- Proficient in site inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
