Project Manager

My client, a leading national contractor are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a 16M steel frame industrial unit in Basingstoke.

Contract durtion is 42 weeks

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing programme, cost, quality, and health & safety, while coordinating subcontractors and consultants.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering industrial or steel frame projects as a Project Manager

• Strong commercial and programme management skills

• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractor performance

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
