  • Ensure timely issue of information to trades, consultants, and professional partners
  • Manage correspondence, instructions, and formal project communications
  • Oversee O&M manual approvals, printing, and archiving where required
  • Archive project documentation in line with company procedures
  • Support general project administration including reprographics, couriers, and site provisions where required

  • A process-led environment where Document Control is respected and well-structured
  • Exposure to high-profile London projects
  • Work alongside industry-leading professionals
  • Clear, proven career progression routes, following the same path as others who have progressed internally
  • A team culture that values competence, accountability, and professionalism
About You
  • Experienced Document Controller within construction or fit-out
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable managing live projects
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Confident working with senior project teams and external consultants
  • Flexible, positive, and a strong team player
  • Robust and self-motivated, with pride in doing the role properly
