This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in residential development and also commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
- overseeing daily operations of the project
- managing subcontractors, trades and labour to ensure smooth site progress
- ensuring all work is completed within project timelines
- maintain strict health and saftey compliance on site
- liasing with clients, senior management and project teams
- handling problem solving and quality control
What we are looking for:
- Proven Experience as a Site Manager
- Ability to manage multiple Trades and keep the project on schedule
- excellent communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Valid SMSTS,CSCS and First aid certifications
