They ve got a strong pipeline of work and are looking for a QS to join their commercial team, taking responsibility for several live projects typically ranging from £500k up to £5m. You ll report into a Senior Quantity Surveyor, so there s support around you, but you ll have plenty of ownership too. This isn t just sitting behind a spreadsheet. You ll be dealing with PMs, Engineers, clients and subcontractors rather than sitting somewhere in commercial HQ wondering what s happening on site.
