Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: 70,000 - 85,000 + package

Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site or in the office

A well-established London-based fit-out contractor, turning over circa 150m, is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued workload and a strong secured pipeline.

The business delivers high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and is known for repeat clients, long-standing relationships, and a hands-on commercial approach.

• Full end-to-end commercial management of projects, from estimating and procurement through to final accounts

• Preparing cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts

• Procurement of subcontract packages and supplier management

• Valuations, variations, and change control

• Monthly cost reporting and commercial reviews

• Managing subcontractor accounts and leading final account negotiations

• Working closely with project managers and site teams to drive commercial performance

• Attending site, client, and internal commercial meetings as required

• Proven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit-out / interiors / refurbishment

• Comfortable managing smaller value projects up to 3m autonomously

• Strong knowledge of commercial control, procurement strategies, and final accounts

• Able to work 5 days per week on site or in the office

• Commercially astute, proactive, and confident dealing with clients and subcontractors

• Salary of 70,000 - 85,000, dependent on experience
