Full Time Permanent 40 hours per week
Location: Kings Lynn / Dereham (travel across Norfolk & North Suffolk)

Salary: 37,534 per annum, rising to 43,530 with progression

About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician to join a reputable housing association, delivering essential electrical works across social housing properties.

This role is a great foot in the door for anyone looking to build a long-term career in social housing, offering stability, progression, and strong support.

Duties include:

• Electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and vacant homes
• Domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
• Void property electrical works
• Reactive maintenance within social housing
• Delivering a professional, tenant-focused service

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in domestic or property maintenance work

(DBS check and participation in an on-call rota required)
