Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor required for West London

Quantity Surveyor for circa 15mil to 20mil refurbishment / conversion from commercial to residential.

Looking for a QS with a minimum 4 to 5 years post degree qualification and ideally prior experience of looking after all aspects of the commercial function on similar refurb / conversions from commercial to residential projects.

Looking for applicants past experience to include:

• Experience of D&B Contracts
• Residential experience (apartments)
