You will:- * A minimum of 5 years management experience within a UK sub-contractor * Passive Fire Industry experience highly desirable * Very strong man-management skills and process driven * Ability to identify change and implement as needed * Have excellent communication and negotiation skills * Polished client facing skills * Be commercially and contractually aware * A strong desire to achieve and be able to work well within a team. * IT literate * Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence * Able to be flexible to meet business needs * Stable work history a must This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking for fresh new challenges or Senior Cntracts Manager with sub-contractor experience seeking career move to next level.
