Senior Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager – Passive Fire Industry London £60k - £70k + Package Company A small privately owned specialist contractor working within the construction industry that operate nationally throughout the UK. With an annual turnover of approximately £6m per annum the company has a wealth of experience within their field with a number of blue chip clients. They heavily invest back within the business and workforce and have now put together plans to grow the business over the next twelve months. Senior Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager The owners of the business are now seeking to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager with strong man-management and exceptional client facing skills with good commercial acumen to join the business to manage various activities ranging from planning works, ensuring SHEQ is adhered to, liaising with customers, ensuring site teams and sub-contractors complete works to the highest of standards ensuring programmes and budget are maintained at all times. This is very much a “hands-on” role that requires flexibility, ability to work under pressure and good man-management skills. You will:- * A minimum of 5 years management experience within a UK sub-contractor * Passive Fire Industry experience highly desirable * Very strong man-management skills and process driven * Ability to identify change and implement as needed * Have excellent communication and negotiation skills * Polished client facing skills * Be commercially and contractually aware * A strong desire to achieve and be able to work well within a team. * IT literate * Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence * Able to be flexible to meet business needs * Stable work history a must This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking for fresh new challenges or Senior Cntracts Manager with sub-contractor experience seeking career move to next level.
