Site Manager-Housing

SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a seasoned Site Manager for new site within the district of Wiltshire with other follow on sites within a 5-10 mile radius.

The project will be a small to medium sized site consisting of new build houses both semi and detached for private sale with high end internal finishing and constructed in Cotswold stone, this will not be a high volume project, a focus on finish, the customer journey with the attention to detail is required for this project.

The successful candidate will of evolved from a trades background progressing into a Site Manager within the new build housing sector, and must have a proven track record of delivering luxury new build dwellings, working as a site manager for a minimum of 4-5 years, you must posses a valid SMSTS qualification along with CSCS card, first aid and any other industry relevant certifications would be advantageous.

This position would either cater for a candidate looking for temporary to permanent position or straight permanent opportunity.

In return you can expect a competitive annual salary + car allowance, bonus, private health care, with the site expected to commence in February.
