Building Surveyor

6-month contract 300- 375 per day

Looking for your next contract with real on-site impact? We're recruiting a Building Surveyor to support a Planned Works team within a Housing Association across the South of England. You'll help deliver planned and cyclical programmes, carry out inspections, and ensure works are completed safely, to standard, on time and within budget.

• Lead planned and cyclical maintenance programmes
• Carry out pre- and post-inspections, monitoring quality, cost and timescales
• Ensure works meet statutory and health & safety requirements
• Support Housing and Customer Services teams with inspections and handovers
• Provide a professional, customer-focused service to residents and stakeholders
