Job Description
We are working with a well-established regional contractor who undertake a mixture of education, health & residential works. They have asked us to source an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of circa 6 void properties in Rochdale. This scheme is due to commence on site early Feb and will run until July. There is talk of further works so this could easily be extended.
Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with residential refurbishment experience. You ll be tasked with looking after 6 properties in various states of disrepair.
- You ll be joining a well-established business, with the potential of follow on works locally.
- You ll need to hold a SMSTS/SSSTS & First Aid to be considered.
